terms below so you know what to expect before you get out on the road with
your new gear.

Shipment Processing Time (Excluding Bikes)
We aim to have all orders processed within 1-3 business days.
Trust us, we know that new cycling gear is exciting and we will always try our
best to make sure that your order is with you as soon as possible, but times
can get busy. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may
be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will be sure to contact you via email or telephone and let you know
when you can expect your items.

Shipment Processing Time (For Bikes)
Different items will have different processing times, this is especially the case
with bikes where each bike will be individually assembled and checked by a
fully-qualified mechanic before being shipped to the customer.
Our Customer Care team will be in contact with you on each bike purchase
and liase with you further. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates and charges are not fixed, therefore they are subject to change
depending on the location of delivery. 

Out-Of-City Delivery Charges
For customers residing within city limits in UAE, we offer free shipping
services based on order value. However, please note that for deliveries to out-
of-city limit areas, additional delivery charges will be applicable.
Out-of-city limit areas are determined based on the geographical boundaries
set by our shipping partners and the areas they cover. To determine if your

Delivery Timeframes
While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, please note that
deliveries to out-of-city limit areas may require additional time. The delivery timeframe will depend on various factors such as distance, shipping partner
availability, and local customs or regulations. Rest assured, we will make
every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

UAE (Inside City Limits) – Local Courier  1-3 Business Days

Same Day Delivery 4-10 PM

4 Hours Express Delivery

4 Hours (Dubai Only)

 International – International Courier 4-10 Business Days
 UAE (Out City Limits) – Local Courier  3-5 Business Days
 
Next-Day deliveries can only occur when orders are placed before 1:00 pm. If
the order is placed after 1:00pm then Next-Day Delivery can not be
guaranteed.
Next-Day deliveries are only considered for business days, not weekends.
Next-Day deliveries can only happen within the city limits of Dubai and Abu
Dhabi as listed in Next-Day Deliveries Zones. 
Next-Day deliveries may not include bikes. 

Click & Collect Option:
At Wolfis, we offer a Click & Collect service for customers who prefer to pick up their orders from our stores. Here are the policies regarding our Click &
Collect service:

 During the checkout process, select the "Click & Collect" option to pick up your order from one of our stores.

 Processing times may vary depending on the availability of the products at the store you choose to pick up from. We may require 24 to 48 hours to prepare your order for pick-up.  In case of any urgent request, please reach out to our customer service team at info@Carbon-Wizard.com  for further assistance.

 Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of the store location you selected for pick-up.

 Our customer service team will notify you once your order is ready for pick-up.

 Orders can be picked up any day from Sunday through Friday during the store's business hours.

 When you arrive at the store, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid ID for verification.

 If someone else will be picking up the order on your behalf, please provide them with a copy of the order confirmation email and a written authorisation letter from you.

 If you have any questions about your order or the pick-up process, please contact our customer service team at info@Carbon-Wizard.com.

 Once the order is ready for pick-up, we will hold it for up to 7 days. If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 days, please contact us to arrange an alternative pick-up time. If we do not hear from you
within 14 days of the initial pick-up notification, we reserve the right to
cancel your order and issue a refund. 

4 Hour Delivery (Dubai Only)
At Wolfi's, we offer fast and convenient delivery through our 4-Hour Express
Delivery service within Dubai. Please read the policy below to understand the
terms and conditions:

Delivery Timeframe
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and delivered within 4 hours on all days except weekends and national holidays. You will be contacted once your order is ready for dispatch. Orders placed after the 3:00 PM cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Service Area
Our 4-Hour Express Delivery service is available within Dubai only, excluding
free zones. If your address is unclear or difficult to access, our team will reach
out within 30-60 minutes to make alternative arrangements.

Delivery Charges
A flat fee of 35 AED applies for 4-Hour Express Delivery. Delivery charges will
be displayed during the checkout process.

Order Eligibility
Most products are eligible for 4-Hour Express Delivery. However, this service
is not available for large or bulky items due to logistical limitations. If your order includes such items or cannot be delivered within the promised timeframe, our customer service team will inform you promptly.

Please Note:
 While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, factors like traffic,
weather conditions, or unexpected events may cause delays.
 If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to
reschedule. Additional charges may apply for repeat delivery
attempts.
 Orders are subject to product availability at our Dubai store. Our
customer service team will notify you immediately if any issues arise
during dispatch.

Same Day Delivery
At Wolfi's, we are dedicated to providing quick and efficient delivery with our
Same Day Delivery service. Please review the details below:
Delivery Timeframe
To qualify for Same Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 11:30 AM.
Deliveries will be made between 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the same day.
Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be scheduled for the next business day.
Service Area
Our Same Day Delivery service is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah,
and Ajman only.
Parcel Size
The standard size for parcels eligible for Same Day Delivery should not exceed
100*50*50 cm.
Delivery Charges

A flat fee of 25 AED applies for Same Day Delivery. The delivery charges will
be displayed during the checkout process.

Order Eligibility
Most items are eligible for Same Day Delivery. However, some items may be excluded due to size, weight, or logistical constraints. If an item cannot be delivered within the specified timeframe, our customer service team will notify you promptly.

Shipping Contact, Responsibilities and Expectations
Carbon Wizard ships to addresses across the world. To enquire further about
international shipping email us at info@Carbon-Wizard.com. We may be able to pull some strings and get you riding wherever you are in the world. Carbon
Wizard is not responsible for the third party couriers, last-mile couriers or
third party agency involvement be they governmental or otherwise. If such companies affect and delay the delivery of products, Carbon Wizard is not responsible. We will do our best to help you resolve any issues so please contact info@Carbon-Wizard.com

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wolfi's reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Carbon Wizard reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting
any order.

Exports
For deliveries outside of the UAE, import charges, customs duties, and public
charges may apply in the country of destination. These costs are to be borne
by the Customer. Wolfi's has no influence on these fees.

Any shipping prices given at checkout are purely estimates and can differ in reality, the customer service will be in contact if any extra payments to cover shipping need to be made or any refunds on shipping need to be made.

Damages
Each order goes through industry leading quality controls before being properly packed and shipped. As a result, Wolfi's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within the first 24 hours at info@Carbon-Wizard.com  and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a
claim.
- Images of the broken product must be submitted to us when filing a claim.
- No returned items will be accepted without prior communication including
pictures.
Please be aware that the product, in reality, might look different from the photos on our website, this is because the photos are purely for illustrative purposes and do not represent what the product could look like in reality.

Cancel Orders
You may request to cancel your order if the order is not dispatched. Please check your order status on the website and then contact us at info@Carbon-Wizard.com.
